Paul Clifford, Founder & Director
Paul has over 20 years retail and property management experience. Paul has worked in some of the UK’s largest retailers including Boots, DSG and IKEA and managed shopping centres in Slough, Kings Lynn, Epsom and East London. The knowledge acquired throughout this career, gives Paul unparalleled expertise in the field of mall commercialisation. Paul co-founded Flourish in 2018 and has been the driving force behind its growth ever since.

Jemma Mills – Regional Manager
Jemma has a wealth of experience within retail, having worked with major companies such as W H Smith and Welcome Break for 12 years. She is passionate about assisting her traders and landlords and utilizes her extensive knowledge to grow the business and continue the rapport. Jemma is a dedicated and driven individual with her many years of experience and proficient knowledge, she is committed to providing excellent service and advancing both her traders and landlords success.

Sharon O Rourke – Regional Manager Scotland
11 years ago, Sharon started her own marketing and events business which is still going strong today managing a large portfolio of clients including numerous shopping centres in Glasgow and the West and a Business Improvement District in the leafy suburb of Giffnock. By owning and managing a business herself, Sharon has a great understanding of what it takes to be successful, and the steps needed to get there. Through her commercialisation work with the 60 small businesses who form the Giffnock Bid, Sharon is able to advise and help business owners bring their goods and services to market.

Suki Sall - Head of Accounts
Suki is a Chartered Accountant with 5 years experience of accounts preparation, audit and assurance. Suki is responsible for the financial management of all aspects of the company including preparation of management and statutory accounts, taxation, cash-flows, budgets and financial planning

Michelle Clark- Sales Director
Michelle has been in the placemaking industry for nearly 5 years and has a passion for working with small businesses. Michelle has a strong understanding of the property industry and in particular the fast pace of the shopping centre world.
Michelle also has a number of small businesses herself and are still performing well today. Michelle also worked with major companies such Tesco’s, MARS, Camelot, Hovis, Master card and American Express as a Regional Field Sales Development Manager so has an eye for detail.
Michelle uses her in depth knowledge to help develop and support her businesses and has a track record in taking small businesses from a standing start to a profitable enterprise.

Nancy Finch – Account Manager
Nancy has a passion for retail and has been working in the industry since 2005, having worked initially in PR & Marketing for various Shopping Centres and brands across the South East.
In 2017 she began working in commercialisation, using her retail knowledge and experience to help small businesses to grow and establish themselves in major shopping centres, such as Westfield, Lakeside, Metro Centre, Bluewater and Trafford Centre. With this experience she is able to offer guidance and support to ensure that both traders and landlords maximise the right opportunities.

Amanda Bishop, Regional Manager
Amanda has worked in Sales and Marketing for most of her working life and has extensive knowledge and experience in business development, account and staff management and has spent 15 years working within FMCG agencies and a further 10 as a self-employed consultant in the same industry with her main client over this time a large blue-chip retailer. Amanda is adept at creating new business to deliver revenue growth across multiple territories. Passionate and committed to delivering an exceptional standard of customer service and maximising opportunities to increase sales to exceed targets/KPIs.

Paula Muers - Regional Manager
Paula has extensive experience of working within sales, marketing and business development. Working with B2B and B2C blue chip companies, including Coke Cola, Gillette, Nestle, 20th Century Fox, Unilever and Asda. Paula is passionate about what she does and has also run her own small business, so is well equipped to help small businesses. Offering advice and solutions to assist them in building there business.
